Custom or personalized items usually arrive within 14–23 business days, including order processing, production, and shipping time.

Custom production usually takes 8–12 business days before shipping.

TUHE JEWELRY currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production status, carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, customs, high order volume, or other unexpected situations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address may not be changed.
