Refund policy
Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition with original packaging and accessories.
Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the order received free standard shipping, the actual original shipping cost paid by TUHE JEWELRY may be deducted from the refund.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by TUHE JEWELRY, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or quality-related item, no return shipping deduction or processing fee will apply after review.
Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. If cancellation is approved after production has started, up to 50% may be deducted as a material and processing fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 10 business days to appear in your account.
Please contact us before sending any return. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
