2. Production Time for Custom Items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized jewelry may require additional production time before shipping.
Production time is usually 8–12 business days.
This may include custom name production, stone setting, engraving, plating, quality inspection, and final packaging.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes:
Order Processing Time + Production Time if applicable + Shipping Time
Standard Items
For standard items, the estimated total delivery time is usually 6–11 business days.
This includes:
• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 5–8 business days
Custom or Personalized Items
For custom or personalized items, the estimated total delivery time is usually 14–23 business days.
This includes:
• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Production time: 8–12 business days
• Shipping time: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production status, carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, high order volume, or other unexpected situations.
4. Free Shipping
TUHE JEWELRY currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.
If other shipping options are available at checkout, the cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before you complete your order.
5. Customs and Taxes
For orders delivered within the United States, applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may vary depending on the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.

TUHE JEWELRY is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address may not be changed.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building office, neighbors, or local carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us with your order number and any available photos or carrier details.
For damaged packages, please keep the original packaging and product condition for review.
