At TUHE JEWELRY, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policy before placing your order.

  • Item Types

We divide our products into two categories:

Standard Items: Regular items sold on our website without personalization.

Custom Items: Personalized, made-to-order, engraved, photo, name, letter, logo, size-customized, or specially designed jewelry.

  • Standard Items

Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with original packaging and accessories.

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order received free standard shipping, the actual original shipping cost paid by TUHE JEWELRY may be deducted from your refund.

  • Custom Items

Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes personalized, made-to-order, engraved, photo, name, letter, logo, size-customized, or specially designed jewelry.

Please review all custom details carefully before placing your order, including names, letters, spelling, sizes, stone options, plating options, chain length, images, and design notes.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or quality-related item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review, TUHE JEWELRY may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, return, or refund depending on the situation.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by TUHE JEWELRY, no return shipping deduction or processing fee will apply.

Quality issues do not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, improper storage, exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotion, chemicals, or damage caused by third-party repair or modification.

  • Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tuhejewelry.com.

Standard orders may be canceled before they enter processing, packaging, or shipment preparation.

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once a custom order enters production, cancellation may not be available. If a cancellation is approved after production has started, up to 50% may be deducted as a material and processing fee.

Once an order has shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled.

  • Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending any return.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. The return address may be different from the address shown on your package.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the order
• The reason for return or exchange
• Clear photos or videos, if applicable

  • Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, TUHE JEWELRY will issue the refund to your original payment method.

After the refund is processed, it usually takes 10 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable costs, including return shipping costs, original shipping costs, missing accessories, missing packaging, or approved custom order material and processing fees.
